Indian law system is slow and this is why asaram bapu and his son narayan are still out of jail, but surely courts will catch them up soon.

Now one more cheating, forgery case came , and court has given justice.

India is still running becuase of judiciary, they are late but do justice. this i why asaram tries to hush cases before they go to courts.

A simple PIL was able  reveal that asaram bapu son narayan whose name has been involved in number of murders and sexual exploitation with innocent religious people who fall in the father son duo trap has forged documents of pedhamala land also.  So far 47 inquiry’s of his ashrams have revelaed asaram bapu’s and his son ashrams has grabbed houses of devotees and is involved in allmost 93% of ashram lands on other peoples assetts. Victims of number properties have been pleading courts for years, as asaram uses mob of his blind faith disciple who he gives superstitious beliefs like asaram is bhagwaan and bhagwaan jo chahe kare humein poochna nahin chahiye. Innocent diiple do fall in this simple trap and there are thousands of them, who he exploits to threaten people who leave his ashram after knowling the real black face of asaram & narayan.  Asaram uses  dirty tricks to put the victims in fear by filing false FIR’s against them so they shouldn’t speakup. It takes years for a sexual abuse victms even to disclose to someone in fmaily that they were sexually exploited by asaram and his son narayan posing themself as god, but when they do asaram defames those women.  As end of asaram’s lanka is coming closer he is getting more desperte to hold on to or woo more people by advertising & polluting city with his posters & banners. Crores of ruppes is spent on printing of posters becuase in two days he will be making 20-25 crores per gathering, but now becuase not many people come to his nautanki so he is geting more and more desperate to harras people who left his factories and shops. All factory of printing and products whih he sells are made in factories in which he expploits children and women also, who are malnutritioned and by violating human rights all over in his ahsrams. He geet’s away with malnutrition by saying this is satvik food and we should save food for poor, whereas thousands of people who are malnutritioned and are made to work 16-20 hours per day seven days a week in his factories are bonded slaves who really need some food and proper medical help. 

Human Rights organizations should act to save children from asaram and narayan ashrams.

आसाराम अब एक पागल आवारा कुते की तरह गलियों में घूम रहा है और बिचारे ग़रीब लोग जो उसके अंधविश्वास में फँसे हुए है उनपर भोंक रहा है. आसाराम ने अभी तक ना तो बचो की हत्या में पुलिस को अपने साधको का नारको टेस्ट होने दिया और ना ही इसने अपने बेटे नारायण को मुंबई पुलिस के पास भेजा ताकि महेंदर चावला वाली कंप्लेंट में उसके बेटे की जाँच हो सके. आसाराम के बेटे पर वैसे तो 70 से ज़यादा मामले धोकाधड़ी के चल रहे है जिन पर यह अपने आश्रम से दो साधक और दो समिति के लोगो को भेज कर मामले को सुल्ताने की कोशिश करता है.    आसाराम यह भूल गया की सद्दाम हूसेन, मुसहरफ, हिट्लर सब का अंत बुरा हुआ था तो यह आसाराम का भी अब अपने पापों की सज़ा पाने का वक्त है. होनी को असाराम अपनी चतुराई से अब ताल बहिन सकता.   हत्या एक घिनोना अपराध है और वो भी लोगो में अपने आप को तांत्रिक सीध करने के लिए ?   मा को बेटा से अलग करना एक अमानवीय मानसिकता है ताकि वो बचे इसके आश्रम में काम करते रहें.     टीवी पर आकर अपनी चतुराई से जवाब देना एक बात है पर आसाराम का काला चहरा और काली कर्तुते दिँया के सामने आ ही जाती है.   आज भी बलात्कार के केस आसाराम पर चल रहे हैं.    आज भी अभिषेख और दीपेश वगेला की हत्या का मामल चल रहा है और आसाराम हर कोशिश कर रहा है की वो किसी तरह से बच जाए पर आसाराम यह भूल गया की हर आदमी आसाराम की तरह कुता नहीं होता. कोई भी मा आसाराम को अपने बछहे के पास नहीं आने देना चाहती कोई भी बाप नहीं चाहता की उसकी बेटी आसाराम के चंगुल में फँस जाए और फिर  मा बाप 14 सालो तक आसाराम से अपने बचे को छुड़ाने की हिम्मत करें.  रोंगटे खड़े हो गये लोगो के जब आसाराम का काला चहरा सामने आया की मा को दुनिया के सामने फरियाद करनी पद रही है अपने बेटे को छुड़वाने के लिए और आसाराम राजनीतिक बयान बाजी कर बेटे को अपना चेला बना कर आश्रम में रखे हुए है.   आसाराम एक घटिया जाती का जानवर है जिसको एक मा की फरियाद  नहीं सुनाई दी पर अपने बेटे को जैल में जाने से बचाने के च्कर में 13 करोड़ रुपये बाँटने पड़े.

Abhishek and Deepak Vaghela were murdered by Asaram bapu ashram and tantrik kriya was done with the body parts of these two pupils.

पड़े लिखे लोगो को अब समझ आ गयी है और अब तो आसाराम को उसके करमो की सज़ा दिलवा कर ही दम लेंगे. अनपड़ लोग जो अंधविश्वास में घिरे हैं उनको अभी आसाराम अपने चंगुल में फँसा कर रखे हुआ है.

 

 

Ahmedabad, November 18 Chief Metropolitan Magistrate D M Patel on Tuesday allowed the Criminal Investigation Department (Crime) to conduct narco-analysis on two employees of the Asaram Ashram-run Gurukul in connection with the mysterious deaths of its two students. The court, however, stayed the operation of the order till December 2, giving the two time to appeal before the High Court.Gurukul rector Pankaj Saxena and Yogesh Bhati, a sadhak, had opposed the move. So far, both have been questioned in the capacity of witnesses and the narco test, if conducted, will be in the same capacity.   

In its order, the court relied on the judgment of the High Court in the Santokben Jadeja case, where it was held that the consent of the accused was not a pre-requisite for conducting a narco test. This judgment of the High Court was challenged in the Supreme Court, and the latter stayed its operation.

The Metropolitan Court in its order has observed that the apex court had only stayed the High Court order and not overruled it, which made it binding on all courts.

It observed that the two Ashram members were being questioned as witnesses and it is their duty to speak out the truth. It said that if the investigating agency felt that the witnesses were not forthcoming with the truth then it had the right to demand the use of scientific tools like narco analysis.

Both Bhati and Saxena have declined to give their consent for the narco test on grounds that it is self-incriminatory and inhumane. Besides, a clutch of cases questioning its legality are pending before the Supreme Court, they have said.

The CID had moved the application on August 22 after it failed to make any headway in the case. The mutilated bodies of Abhishek and Deepak Vaghela were found in the first week of July on the Sabarmati riverbed. Tantrik practices, allegedly carried out in the Asaram Ashram, are suspected to be the reason behind the deaths.

The case, however, has been treated as that of an accidental death. Sources in the police say there are some evidences in the case, which point towards various tantrik activities conducted in the Ashram, and it is essential to know more details about this from the two Ashram members.

The police have also contended that both Saxena and Bhati were not cooperating with the investigating agency. Lie detector and brain mapping tests conducted on them had proved to be inconclusive.
